Patriot Day Ceremony
The Township of Woolwich in cooperation with the Four Seasons Community will hold a Patriot Day Ceremony on Saturday, September 11th at the Municipal Building,120 Village Green Drive, beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m.
This event will mark the 9th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001. All are welcome to attend so that we "Never Forget" those lost and the manner in which all of our lives were forever changed that day. - 9/11/2010
Family Movie Night
Free family movie in the park. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets to Locke Ave. Park soccer field at dusk for a screening of "Cats and Dogs". Free event sponsored by Swedesboro Woolwich Parks and Recreation. - 9/17/2010
Guided Nature Hikes
Guided Nature Hikes will be held at Lake Park in Swedesboro at both 9:00 and 1:00 on September 18. No need to RSVP, meet by playground. These tours of the park trail will be led by Mr. Angelo Piro, Jr. in completion of his Eagle Scout Project. - 9/18/2010
NJDEP Public Hearing-Well's
The NJDEP will conduct a Public Hearing at the request of the Township of Woolwich regarding an application submitted by Aqua New Jersey for an amendment to its well permit serving Woolwich Township. The Hearing will be conducted in the Woolwich Township Municipal Building Courtroom, 120 Village Green Drive, at 10:00 a.m. - 9/20/2010
