Night Out
   "Swedesboro/Woolwich - Night Out" 6PM-9PM @ Locke Ave Park. The focus of the event is to celebrate the efforts of our township citizens, Police, Fire & EMS and our business owners for keeping our community safe. We like to think ofSwedesboro and Woolwich as a safe place 365 days a year where a community works together to: Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; Generate support for, and participation in, loca lanticrime programs; Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. 2/24- For organizations wishing to use the athletic fields seasonally: part two of the spring scheduling meeting to be held at 7pm, Woolwich Municipal building.   Please plan on having your designated field scheduler attend the round-table. One other board member may attend, but please limit your representatives to two. Please also bring your completed paperwork and field usage fee. Natalie Matthias, Woolwich Twp.  3/22-  SOLD OUT! Splash Party at the Riverwinds Community Center in West Deptford on Friday, March 22

3/23 Easter Egg Hunt 10,000 candy, sticker, and trinket filled eggs Swedesboro Woolwich Parks and Recreation Committee and the Crossbridge Community Church will be hosting a free Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 23 at LOCKE AVE PARK from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. There will be 3 designated times based on children’s ages to hunt for the 10,000 Easter eggs. Parents can register their children prior to their designated time from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm . The times for each Easter Egg Hunt will be as follows: children 3 years and younger at 11:30, ages 4-6 at 12:15 pm, ages 7 and up at 12:45 pm. There will be plenty of activities to do while waiting for the hunts. There will be free face painting, balloon artists, tattoos, games, and even free cookies and juice for the kids! Bunny portrait packages will be offered by Perfect Day photography, www.perfectdayphotography.com. If it is raining the day of the event, the event will be held at the General Harker Elementary School located on Oldman’s Creek Road. S/W Parks and Recreation and Crossbridge Community Church co-sponsor this event. www.crossbridgecc.org

4/5 Indoor Movie Night @ 7pm. Stratton School Gym. To celebrate Swedesboro/ Woolwich Little League opening day, there will be a free screening of "Everybody's Hero ". Snacks provided by SWLL.

4/23- Washington DC Bus Trip. CANCELED DUE TO LOW PARTICIPATION.

4/25 Camp Connection Night from 6:30-8:30 pm at the Woolwich Township Municipal Bldg. Summer camp representatives will be at the event so that parents can learn more about the camps and answer your questions about the camps. Camp Connection is open to all summer camps within our school district. To become a vendor, please download the Vendor Reservation Form and submit by April 11, 2013. 7/22-7/26-Philadelphia Football (Soccer) camp 9am-5pm Philadelphia Football and SWSA are offering 2 different soccer camps to accommodate soccer players ages 5-14 of all levels and abilities.  Bundesliga Camp and Champions League Camp are structured to provide age appropriate instruction. Both camps have professional youth soccer coaches of the highest standard, coaching players to ensure quality of instruction in an enjoyable environment. All players registered into 2013 Summer Soccer Camps will receive a training shirt and ball.
